• Same or highly similar address
• Same email address
• Same phone number
• Same/linked device or browser fingerprint
• Same payment method
• Same or highly similar IP/network environment

Where circumvention is detected, WM996 may cancel eligibility and apply enforcement actions.

Promotions are for genuine entertainment and require reasonable, independent, and bona fide betting behavior.

Prohibited conduct includes (non-exhaustive): manipulation, exploiting vulnerabilities, collusion, organized arbitrage, use of bots/scripts/unauthorized tools, cross-platform hedging, or systematic betting to lock outcomes/reduce risk.

Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games/bet types stated in the Promotion.

Bets placed using bonus funds on excluded/restricted products may be deemed invalid and/or excluded from turnover calculations.

All promotions are not applicable to the purchase of any free spin game bonuses.

WM996 may adjust/cancel bonuses and deduct any winnings derived from non-compliant activity.

WM996 may review betting records, transactions, access logs, and device/network linkage data within reasonable scope.

WM996 may suspend/freeze accounts, restrict withdrawals or promotion eligibility, and/or terminate access pending verification/investigation.

WM996 reserves the right to amend Promotion Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication.

WM996 reserves the final right of interpretation and enforcement for all Promotions. In case of inconsistency, the English version shall prevail unless otherwise determined by WM996.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. WM996 may restrict access if suspicious activity is detected.

WM996 may require identity verification and supporting documents at any time for compliance, security, or risk-control purposes.

Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, promotions, or account access.

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to WM996 procedures, limits, and applicable verification checks.

WM996 may request proof of ownership for payment methods and may reject transactions that appear inconsistent, unauthorized, or high-risk.

WM996 may monitor accounts and transactions for fraud prevention, anti-money laundering (AML), and platform integrity.

WM996 may suspend/freeze accounts and withhold processing where suspicious or non-compliant activity is identified, pending review.

Any form of opposite or hedging bets intended to reduce variance or lock outcomes is prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Roulette: betting both Red and Black
• Baccarat: betting both Banker and Player

Such bets may be voided and/or excluded from turnover calculations, and WM996 may apply account restrictions where necessary.

To mitigate systematic abuse, WM996 may apply number-based betting limits (where applicable), including but not limited to:

• Roulette: maximum 24 numbers per round (25+ prohibited)
• 3D Lottery: maximum 600 numbers
• 4D Lottery: maximum 5,500 numbers

Bets exceeding the above limits may be treated as violations and may be voided and/or excluded from eligibility for offers or benefits.

WM996 may take reasonable measures to support responsible gaming and to protect users where risk indicators are detected.

WM996 may perform maintenance and updates. Temporary service interruptions may occur.

Where technical issues affect bet settlement or records, WM996 may investigate and correct results in accordance with system logs and provider data.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WM996 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

WM996 reserves the right to amend these General Terms at any time and retains final interpretation and enforcement rights.
